A Crumbled Star

The day was ravishingly beautiful outside, the rain has subsided bringing to those astonishing eyes sparkle of ecstasy. Sitting at his plush comfy sofa watching outside was the best valuable thing of the day. It was the usual cold mornings when he always dedicates the day wasting on himself. The sky was filled with those overcast clouds and cooling breeze’s. He was drinking coffee and staring at the natural beauty, enjoying, and finding it intriguing. He always finds himself cosy, especially these days. After finishing off the coffee, he rolled onto the bed and cuddled himself with his bedsheets, and felt those cool breeziness on his body.

An idea popped upon his mind on reading an antique book, which he kept as a sacred treasure to read but didn't. He took it from the table and skimmed through it ending up enjoying the exquisite smell of the book which gives a lot of pleasure than reading through it. With keeping aside his laziness, and to make something worth and valuable for the day, he gets himself up and takes up his favorite brown leathered coat with its plain grandeur patterns, and runs down for a walk. He goes, he sees people outside at vendors bargaining and fighting for buying their favorite things. It was always fascinating and an unanswered thing on his mind "why people always bargain on the things they love”, why can't they pursue it by paying for what it cost?. According to him, one always sacrifices for something great and that's what made him feel great about his feeling for love.

The world for him was mysterious and incomprehensible. He reached at a shop, went in and bought some dry fruits, which were the perfect eatable for the season. The place outside was totally filled with people crowded everywhere. He started to walk to his home tracing his way through that crowd. At a point on the junction, he sees a woman who plucks a beautiful rose from the near plant and walks away freely, as easy as it is. He goes near to it and caresses the partner rose who was sad for losing her lover who was abducted by a stranger. Appreciating its unique beauty and grieving for its loss, he suddenly becomes hesitant and leaves the flower there, without plucking it from its home which he felt will make it look weird, strange, and odd. He continues his walk and reaches near a park, he goes over and takes a quick rest at one of the loneliest chairs in the park which he felt indifferent and seemed to be made for him, with its single-handed grip at one of its side’s.

He looks around the place and finds two names engraved on the chair coupled in a bygone heart symbol. He runs his hand through those names making it an inevitable mark of that couple who lived under the shelter of love by pursuing and sharing their feelings to this universe, which has an invisible peaceful impact on this world. He sat there silently observing the calmness of his soul. Suddenly, he starts to walk from the place and sees an old couple holding each other’s hand which made him believe in the cycle of never-ending love. He felt, that he is a person who wanted to explore the world where there is so much love filled with it.

With all these hopes relaying on to him and embracing those feelings, he starts to walk down the street and felt that he got caught up in the loop of societal congest, amidst the crowd which hinders and makes all these natural beauties insignificant to this changing world. He feels the trap and depression by being forced into this chain of emotions which gradually becomes unnoticed and trivial. As he feels the mundanity of himself in the middle of the crowded people who pass by him in hurry burry, without even having the time to look on to those crumbling stars in the sky where the moon is the primal attraction.

Word of Love

“Only once in your life, I truly believe, you find someone who can completely turn your world around. You tell them things that you’ve never shared with another soul and they absorb everything you say and actually want to hear more. You share hopes for the future, dreams that will never come true, goals that were never achieved and the many disappointments life has thrown at you. When something wonderful happens, you can’t wait to tell them about it, knowing they will share in your excitement.  They are not embarrassed to cry with you when you are hurting or laugh with you when you make a fool of yourself. Never do they hurt your feelings or make you feel like you are not good enough, but rather they build you up and show you the things about yourself that make you special and even beautiful. There is never any pressure, jealousy or competition but only a quiet calmness when they are around. You can be yourself and not worry about what they will think of you because they love you f...
